Family
Therapy

I view the family as a system, and symptoms that arise in one family member are often intertwined and related to family dynamics, which, when dysfunctional, can have a serious impact on all members involved.  Family therapy can be quite complex, due to many parties involved, though it can be very rewarding for dysfunctional behaviors to be identified in a more safe place than the home, where behavioral patterns can go down "rabbit holes" without any intervention.  All parties in family therapy can walk away with more insights and awareness of their patterns, which can pay dividends for the rest of their lives.
