Psychotherapy

Individual therapy can help with a multitude of issues.  One of the main benefits of individual therapy is that you can zoom in on any issue you may have, as close as you are comfortable.  In couples or family counseling, this may not always be possible, depending on the levels of trust you have with others in the room.  

As you can guess, Individual therapy can also be intense.  For some, it's incredible difficult to talk about and face their issues.  I as your therapist recognizes these challenges and strives to make you as comfortable in the process as I can, including holding the utmost respect for you, the client, and even utilizing humor at appropriate times to maximize therapeutic benefits.
